Can it connect to our analyzers / instruments?
Instrument and analyzer integration is available for Enterprise deployments. We scope it per lab based on your machines and setup. Until then, result entry is formula-driven with reference-range and automatic critical-value checks, so there's no recalculating by hand.
Is each lab's data kept separate?
Strictly. Every tenant is isolated by strict scoping on every query, so one lab can never see another's patients, prices, or reports; even within the same chain, branches see only what you allow.
We're on Excel / another LIMS today. How do we migrate?
We import your test catalog, reference ranges, price lists, doctor list, and patient master during onboarding. Most labs are live within a day, running PathSaaS in parallel with their old process until they're confident.
How does WhatsApp report delivery work?
When a pathologist authorizes a report, the patient automatically receives a WhatsApp message with a secure link to view and download their PDF report. SMS and email channels are included as fallbacks, and you control which messages go out.
How do patients access their reports?
Each report carries a secure link and QR code. Patients scan it on any phone (no app installs, no passwords) to open the same pathologist-signed report the lab issued, straight from the patient portal.
